This will be the fourth time to make this kit, it&#8217;s such a great easy-drinker.  This batch cleared very nicely and I did not have to filter as I did with <a href=\"\/index.php\/2007\/07\/14\/filtering-wine-continued\/\">previous batches<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I bottled this batch at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.curdsandwine.com\/WinemakingOnSite\">Curds and Wine<\/a> instead of at home.\u00a0 I bottled, corked, and labeled the whole batch in about 20 minutes.\u00a0 It was very nice to have a nice big space to work at, and a big sink for cleaning up.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-1875\" href=\"\/index.php\/2010\/12\/25\/bottling-binge\/p1020041\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1875\" title=\"Bottled Chamblaise\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/P1020041-500x375.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" srcset=\"http:\/\/docker.vsl:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/P1020041-500x375.jpg 500w, http:\/\/docker.vsl:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/P1020041-800x600.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Next on the agenda is the <a href=\"\/index.php\/2009\/09\/05\/syrah-harvest\/\">2009 Fallbrook syrah<\/a>.\u00a0 Can&#8217;t wait to get that one bottled, although it will be a very small batch &#8212; about 11 gallons total to split between 3 people.\u00a0 Oh well, at least there will be plenty of <a href=\"\/index.php\/2010\/09\/13\/pressing-the-2010-syrah\/\">2010 vintage<\/a>!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seems to be time to restock the cellar!\u00a0 Having just bottled my 2009 Primitivo, today I bottled another batch of Winexpert Chamblaise.
