They said to <a href=\"\/index.php\/winemaking-definitions\/stabilized-stabilizing\/\">stabilize<\/a> and <a href=\"\/index.php\/winemaking-definitions\/clearing-cleared-clarification\/\">clear<\/a> at the first <a href=\"\/index.php\/winemaking-definitions\/rack-racking\/\">racking<\/a>; but mine was still fermenting.
