After doing more research on the various types of wine kits, and being so happy and impressed with the “low end” chamblaise kit (which we’re plowing through), I invested in a second chamblaise kit as well as winexpert’s “Bourgeron rouge” red burgundy kit.  The latter should be another quick-drinker requiring just a few months aging before it is drinkable.
